We were delighted to attend the Multi-Period Living History Weekend at Bodrhyddan Hall.
This family-friendly event had plenty to offer for everyone, featuring over 600 re-enactors displaying authentic period uniforms, original equipment and weaponry, as well as a wide range of demonstrations and exhibits.
It was a fantastic opportunity to experience hands-on history, get up close to the displays, and talk to knowledgeable and passionate experts. Visitors could discover the secrets of the Ancient Greeks, witness the power of Roman artillery, hear the clash of Viking swords, and explore history right through to modern-day warfare.
There was plenty to see and do throughout an action-packed weekend.
